Palazzo Stella Valletta
This magnificent wide fronted Palazzo overlooks the Marsamxetto Harbour and spans between two streets which is quite a unique feature in Valletta and provides natural light and ventilation to the entire property. A Full Development Permit was obtained by the reputable architecture firm XYZ. The permit allows the construction of an additional floor, full restoration and some internal alternations. The internal alterations will be kept minimal to conserve most of the original features while upgrading the property to the current modern standards.
The Palazzo is spread over 6 levels and will be used as a self-catering unit which can be enjoyed by upto 16 guests, all bedrooms will have their own ensuite bathroom. The Palazzo enjoys spectacular sea view from the majority of floors and is topped off with a roof terrace with 360° views.
